Content System Mapfor solo & small teams
Content System Map · strategy to learning, on one map

Every post has a job. Every campaign builds on the last.

Instead of disconnected posts, launches and boosted ads, build a system where every piece of communication has a job, and every campaign builds on what came before. Plan your strategy, story, offers, campaigns, content, emails and reviews on one visual map your whole team can see.

The real problem

You don't have a content problem.
You have a disconnected marketing system.

Your strategy lives in a doc nobody opens. Campaign ideas live in someone's head. Posts are in one tool, emails in another, results in a spreadsheet you update when you remember. Each piece works. Nothing connects.

What actually happens

New offer→Promo post→Boosted post→Launch email→Next offer→↻ Repeat, from zero

What should happen

Vision→Audience→Story→Offer→Campaign→Content→Email & automation→Learning→Next campaign, stronger
StrategyWritten once, then forgotten.
SocialPosts whatever is due this week.

AdsBoosts whatever seems to be working.

ResultsLooked at, rarely acted on.
The result

Marketing activity without a marketing system.

Every launch starts from zero. You never learn what actually worked. And the bigger story, the reason you started in the first place, gets buried under the need to sell the next thing.

The system

One map. Seven layers. Every dot connected.

Content System Map gives your marketing the structure a strategist would draw on a whiteboard, and keeps it alive while you work. Each layer has a job, and every item links to what feeds it and what it feeds.

How it works

From a blank page to a quarter that compounds.

A 90-day rhythm: explore what resonates, develop what works, convert, then review. This is how it looks in the calendar view.

2. Design offers & campaignsWhat you're inviting people into, and the concept that gets them there.

Features

Everything you need to see the whole system, and nothing you don't.

System map

See how everything connects, at a glance.

Every campaign, post, email and review sits in a row for its stream and a column for its layer. Lines show what feeds what.

  • Hover any item to trace everything upstream and downstream
  • Filter by campaign or by owner
  • See at a glance how much of each campaign is ready

Calendar & dependencies

Catch problems before they go live.

The calendar shows your whole quarter with the dependencies drawn in. If something is scheduled before the thing it relies on is ready, you'll see it.

⚠ “Welcome sequence starts 9 Nov, but the landing page it links to isn't finished until 13 Nov.”
  • Explore, Develop, Convert and Review phases built in
  • Status at a glance: idea, draft, approved, scheduled

Docs in every box

Every box is a working document.

Click any item and write in it: the campaign brief, the reel script, the email sequence, the automation rules. The strategy and the work live in the same place.

  • A simple editor that feels like Google Docs
  • Status, owner, dates and links alongside every doc
  • Saves automatically as you type

Built for small teams

Two or three people, one shared picture.

Each person claims a seat (strategy, content, email) and owns their items. Everyone sees changes live, and who's looking at what.

  • Three team seats with clear ownership
  • Live updates and presence
  • Review items linked to the campaigns they review, so lessons carry forward

Who it's for

Made for the people doing all of it.

If your marketing team is you, or you and two others, you don't need an enterprise platform. You need to see the whole thing.

The one-person marketing team

Founders, creators, solo marketers
Right now
You're the strategist, writer, designer and email person. Threads get dropped because it all lives in your head.
With the map
A quarter planned in an afternoon, and nothing forgotten.

The small, mission-led team

Education, nonprofits, media, studios
Right now
Everyone's doing their job, but nobody can see how it fits together. Launches feel like starting over.
With the map
One shared map, clear owners, and no more “wait, is that live yet?”

Consultants & studios

Strategists who work with clients
Right now
You design a strong strategy, then watch it fall apart in the client's spreadsheet.
With the map
Hand over a living system your client can run, not a PDF.

Probably not for you if you need approval chains and fifty seats, or you're only looking for a tool to schedule posts. Content System Map is the plan everything else hangs off.

Questions

Good questions.

Is this another project management tool?

No. Project tools track tasks. Content System Map shows how your marketing fits together: why each piece exists, what it depends on, and what it leads to. You can still use your task tool for the to-do list.

Does it publish my posts and send my emails?

Not yet. Today it's where you plan, write and connect everything. You still publish in Instagram, YouTube, Substack and your email tool. Publishing and email sync are on the roadmap.

Do I need a strategy before I start?

No. You start from a sample map with the strategy layer already laid out: objectives, audience, story territories. Filling it in is how you build your strategy.

How is it different from Notion or a spreadsheet?

You could build something like it in Notion, and many people try. Content System Map comes with the structure already built in: seven layers, links between items, a calendar with dependency warnings, and review loops.

Can I use it with clients?

Yes. That's how Regen Studio uses it. Build the map with your client, then hand it over for their team to run. Dedicated client workspaces are on the roadmap.

What if I'm a team of more than three?

The Team plan is designed for up to three people, because that's where it works best. If you're larger, get in touch and we'll talk about what you need.
